Hi Cathe, I received the dip bars. Adjusting the bar is very difficult.! It is very dificult and takes up too much time to get the holes to line up properly and in place. There is no mechanism to let you know tht you have it properly aligned. One bar seems stable but the other bar is very unstable. Perhaps I received a defective unit? I think that there needs to be an instructional video as well as a video that demonstrates the exercises that can be performed.

I've been wondering how hard these were to individually adjust.....FitTower is easy peasy to adjust height
