Hi everyone!! After completing the first week of the July rotation--I now completely understand how great they are. Although fitness is not my profession, I do think that I know alot more than the average person--such as the importance of cross-training, the importance of variety and a balance btwn cardio and strength, etc. HOWEVER, at the end of this first week of this rotation, I realized that I do have alot to learn as far as learning how to combine workouts and when to schedule certain workouts within a week or rotation. Let me just say that on Saturday my legs were burning (a good burn) just by walking up the stairs--and I was THRILLED!!! I know that a week is is kind of early, but I really do think I can already see more definition in my legs and abs. YEAH!!! I am definitely hooked on rotations now. With my busy schedule, it takes alot of the guesswork out of my workouts.
