Does anyone have this? I saw it on total fitness. The instructor is Merle Silver and its a 6 dvd set (5 wkouts and 1 instructional dvd) for the heavy bag. It is kickboxing, weights and cardio but it looks like you could do it without the bag if you didn't have one. I'm just wondering if anyone has done these wkouts and what they're like. They're labeled advanced and each one is around 45 minutes.
