Well... Hmm... I would LOVE to say that I will eat carefully and feel good about the food choices I make the next day (and oh yeah, I'll be doing a killer workout that morning), BBBUUUTTTT I know myself well enough to know that if it's there in huge quantities, I will consume in huge quantities, so I picked that one - workout like crazy, then eat like crazy, then waddle through my run the next morning.

I will be skipping my normal workout...(I will be visiting family with no space for working out) And I will eat to my hearts content..This will be the first time in 8 years that I have been able to share Turkey Day with my mom...So normal restraints will be thrown to the wind!!!

Gobble gobble!!

I'm one of the people who will also work out like a fiend Thursday morning. (Probably one of the Imaxes.) I will then proceed to eat what and whenever I want that day.

Now, I do have a long run outside planned on Friday.. I always do a big run the day after Turkey Day. For some reason (it must be all of the carbs from the day before) I always have fantastic runs that next day.. its awesome!!

Just like any other day. Workout in the morning, and eat reasonably, as usual. How boring I am...:)

Our bike club does a group ride in the morning, 20-30 miles, then go eat the big meal. I'm not real big on the turkey, dressing and such, but I do LOOOOOVVVVVEEEEE yam casserole and the pies. Real sweet tooth here.

Will work out like a dog, then eat like one (anything that's put in front of me)!!
Okay, perhaps an exaggeration on both fronts, but I do plan to do CF and the bonus abs from B&G on Thanksgiving morning. I'm actually working a bit more this whole week, then taking Friday as a rest day.
I love food and try to control myself, but on holidays I sure do give myself a pass  }( ;)

I plan on running in the morning and will probably lick my plate clean. We're having chicken instead of turkey and won't have stuffing or sweet potatoes. Actually, I don't care about the dinner. I just care about dessert!!!

I voted for the second category, but I just found out the gym is closed. :( I should have realized. It's always closed when I'm off work. x( x(

Adina I am SOOOO with you there. I can take or leave the turkey and "fixins", not so big on pumpkin or apple pies, but ooohhhhh that pecan pie. I almost wish we wouldn't make it because it is my biggest downfall! Let's hope that the CF workout will give me some saved calories for it.
