Hey Jerry,
A while back you posted that you could out-lift Cathe on PUB biceps and then earlier this week you posted that you can now do 40lb biceps on MM. I've been able to do the 40lbs on MM for a while but those PUB biceps are TOUGH!!! I finally got to where the wt Cathe uses is tough, but doable and wasn't sure I could make the jump to the next set higher. Then I saw your 2 posts. I thought if someone else can do it, why can't I? So I just finished the PUB biceps with 12/15/20!!! Yay!!! I actually still have the ab section to do, but am taking a short cheat break, because I'm not sure how I am going to hold myself up now for the pikes!!! My arms are toasted!!!! Tomorrow should be interesting!! And trying to wash my hair here in a few minutes.
