Francine,

I just wanted to thank you for telling us about Freestyle training, this is exactly what I have been looking for.
I received the Freestyle training book in the mail about thursday of last week, I was doing it without the book to the works outs I already have, but I started doing it by their workouts, and dropped the amount of weight I was lifting which pretty much matched cathe's, but this is great, I lost 2 lbs and have 1 lb of those holiday lbs I gained to go, and have 5 after that.
I really like how she explaines everything... this book pretty much covers it all, I am so glad I bought it.....
I was also glad to hear I could weight train the lower body 5 to 6 days a week to get what I wanted, without getting alot of muscle, I like the sleekness........... thanks again Rhonda :7

p.s. I can really feel the workout I did yesterday in my glutes wow, this is a first for that .....

What's the title of the book? I googled Freestyle Training, FT book and found nothing.

Thank you!

rcook, I've been interested in this too. Have you been using any of Cathe's workouts with this way of training now that you have the book? Also, do you do this for a certain amount of time, say 8 weeks, or can you do it continuously? How much cardio do they ask you to do? Is there a difference between the 'Lower body solution' book and the 'freestyle' book? It's great to hear that it's working for you. Sorry for all the questions.:D

Hi Sunnyside .. I have been doing this for 2 weeks, the first week I did use my workout dvd's, but this week I am just doing freestyle, I take the exercises they give for each day, with the amount of sets and reps they advise to use for me, and the amount of weight they suggest. This all is in the book, they also have a weeks diet plan, but I am not following that yet.....
I do the exercises they advice with the sets and reps, and weight, and it can take anywhere from an hr to 30-35 minutes... then I do a 30 minutes run on the treadmill followed by 10 of fast walking on the treadmill...........
I have the freestyle book, that is the one Francine advised when I ask her if she could only chose one which would it be. I would recommend it, it also has drawings of the exercises, plus pictures of some. Lots of info .... hope this helps.. Rhonda:7

rcook, thanks for answering my questions. I think I'll order the book. I think it's just what I've been looking for.

Your welcome sunnyside ... hope you get as much out of it as I have already, and have only begun :7 ...... it also tells ya to do to maintain once you get where you want........ Rhonda:7

What's the difference between Lower Body Solution book ...

and the Freestyle book? Both by the same author, correct? Is one better than the other?

TIA

RE: What's the difference between Lower Body Solution b...

Sue, the Freestyle Training is co-authored by George Snyder and Laura Dayton ... but I do believe that Laura is the only author of Lower Body Solution .... I bought Freestyle Training because I thought that it cost 29.00 plus s/h and I knew I couldn't buy both, and I asked Francine if she had a choice which would she pick, she said Freestyle Training, so that is the one I bought, Laura only charged me 19.00 +s/h ... if I would have known that I probably would have gotten both, but I am happy with the one I have........ I don't know what the other book has in it, maybe one of these days I will get it too...... Rhonda :7

Rhonda,

I have a question about the Lower Body Solution book. Did you get the log too? Is it worth the extra $ or is going with the book a fine solution?

edited to say that I just reread your post and understood you bought FS NOT LBS. I think I'll call their number and get some info from the "horse's mouth".

TIA
