Just finished this yesterday and I totally loved it. This really long workout just flew by for me. The music is fantastic. I loved the upper body work on the ball. I used an 8" step and I burned 795 calories. Thanks for whipping me into shape, Cathe! You are the best! I told someone at work about you and she watched one of your clips. She then told me it was no wonder my upper body was so firm and my DH noticed I was getting muscles in my arms. I can't wait to do the rest of my new workouts. They were definitely worth the wait!
