I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has been recommending Asics for shoes. I recently purchased the 180TR and love them. I can use them for everything (plyo & step) and have noticed a difference in my feet and knees. I'm glad I ordered 1/2 size larger like everyone said and they fit perfect. I'm probably going to order another pair while they are still $38.98 on Amazon. I still cannot believe I got the first pair for $8.98 but after using them, I would pay full price for them if I had to. I've been a Ryka girl for years but have noticed lately that they just aren't as good as they use to be. My feet feel very well supported and pain free after a workout. So thanks again to everyone here for being so helpful all the time with many topics.

We're in the same boat! I've been a Ryka devotee for years, but every last Ryka pair I've tried recently (and I've tried a LOT...thanks Zappos!) has been totally disappointing. I just discovered Asics and I really like the Gel Flux 2. Another favorite is the Brooks Ghost 8. Have to go a 1/2 size up in both shoes like you said.

It takes time to find the right shoe--for me, at least--but once you do it's time to stockpile!!!

Another Asics girl here! I always have one pair dedicated to indoor workouts with Cathe ONLY, and another pair for work/walking outside. LOVE them! (can't remember which model I have, but they a SUPER cushy!) :)
