Thank You Cathe!

I want to thank you Cathe for being such an inspiration and being so motivational. In my exercise class that I teach on Saturday mornings I was talking to a couple gals after class and they told me they liked the layout I used in the class and how I showed different levels for the cardio blasts. They also told me I was very motivational. I felt so good walking out of that class on Saturday. First thing I thought of was I have Cathe to thank for that. Through your workouts over the years you've taught me so much and I'm so glad that I'm able to share that with others. I would love to find a mentor that has been in the health & fitness field for years. Until I find that person in my area, you have been my mentor and for that I want to thank you!

It is on my bucket list to someday get to your gym and take some of your classes. I've done the two Chicago Road Trips which were amazing. Still want to visit your gym though.

Thank you again for being such an amazing instructor. You are inspiring, motivating, and more!

I wanted to add to this post in the hopes that Cathe see's it. If anyone else has feedback, I'll take it. So speaking of Cathe being so inspiring and motivational. How do you manage to cue and instruct during the Tabata workout is beyond me. Even in Intensity. What is the trick with breathing and speaking through those tough workouts. I find it challenging and feel like I'm doing something wrong. I'll be teaching Tabata Bootcamp starting in January and would like to try and prepare myself.
