Thank you again and download suggestions...

I wanted to say thank you again to Vivbc, Debinmi, Aquagirl, Hazlady, and Firemedic for helping me with the Cathe downloads. I have been having so much fun sprinkling in some Cathe live workouts, within my rotations, utilizing my DVD player with the USB port. It has been such a treat and so convenient!

I also wanted to make a request for two downloads - they are not Cathe Live, they are from the ICE series. I would love one download that has all of the muscle meltdowns combined and a download with all of the blizzard blasts. Just an idea ;-)

Thank you!

when ICE came out, people were disappointed there wasn’t a collection of the muscle meltdown upper body workouts.

I made my own blender workouts like similar to the ones you are describing. I even blended blizzards blasts with the LITE calorie crush workouts. I did an all calorie crush blender. I did all the muscle melt downs, added a different warm up and stretch. I also did split upper body with the muscle melt downs. This is why I love her On Demand for the workout blender. It's so easy and convenient to make my own workouts.

Hello Firemedic,
Your blender workouts sound great! Do you share them in the blender and if you don’t would you consider sharing them? I’d love to try them out :)

Vivbc, I am glad to know I was not the only one. When ICE was first released, I reached out to the Cathe team and expressed an interest in having a DVD with all the muscle meltdowns and I was told it was not financially feasible - which I understand. I am hopeful, they might consider a download option. Fingers crossed.

I will admit, I would like all bonuses for all the series to be on one DVD/download. For me, combining the bonuses would be one great workout. ;-)

Murphymax- can you blend workouts in the blender? Or can you access shared workouts in the blender? If you can get to the shared workouts section in the blender
& can import them, I will go in & blend a workout blender workout with all the muscle
meltdowns by sections (ex: chest, back, etc & choose a warmup & stretch). Let me know.

Oh, my gosh, Aqua Girl, you are incredibly generous! Seriously!

As you know, I just learned how to do the downloads so I am clueless about the workout blender. Based upon what Firemedic said, I am guessing I need to have the OnDemand subscription which I do not have; nevertheless, I cannot thank you enough for offering!!

Hi Pauline, were you able to get them? If not, as I told murphymax, I will blend a
muscle meltdown workout with all of them & include a warmup & stretch as well & put
it in the share section In the blender in OnDemand. If you have a favorite warmup/stretch, let me know & I’ll use them.

Hello aqua girl,
I haven’t found them yet … are they saved under your name? I’ll check when I can get back to my computer next week and if I don’t find them i‘ll direct message you, would that be okay?

I haven’t blended it yet…. Will blend a muscle meltdown of each upper body part, I will
pick up a upper body warmup & stretch. I will let you know here when I finish it, what
the title is & how to find it in the shared section. I am not the original poster you asked,
just saw this thread & decided to blend it, if you still wanted or needed it.

ok, I went into the shared workouts section, but found that someone else has already shared a complete muscle meltdown workout with warmup/stretch, so there isn't any reason to blend another. Once you go into the "import shared workout", you will see at the top the option to search for a workout by "workout title/code". In that box, just type in Muscle Meltdown and it will bring up all the shared workouts that have to do with Muscle Meltdown. Look for Muscle Meltdown-All and I believe it is what you are looking
for. You will need to import it into your "shared" workouts and once you do that, you should be able to view it on whatever you use to do workouts, if not a computer. But, you will need to do the import on a computer, thru their website in the workout blender. Good luck!
