so sorry, kate, that sucks =( you seem to be really prone to them... are there any preventative measures, herbs or massage while nursing or something? you prob thought of everything already. i am somewhat engorged the last few days because of JJ not nursing well with his stuffy nose, boobs are achy and so i cant even imagine what you are feeling right now... hope it passes quickly.
