I actually worked out today

still taking it a little easy, not swinging any weight or lifting. Ran on the tm today:

round 3: level 3.5
round 4: level 3.7

first three rounds @ 7
fourth round @ 7.3
WOD time: 18:25 (last time 19:50)
**happy with today's workout! missed working out

Today the nursery school is having a lunch for us. wondering if there will be anything for vegetarians....very nice of them to have the lunch though, so no complaints.
