Today the nursery school is having a lunch for us. wondering if there will be anything for vegetarians....very nice of them to have the lunch though, so no complaints.

Hi all!

Too busy yesterday to check in. I did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism yesterday and burned 432 calories. Problem is I was hungry all day and pigged out last night. Was really tired last night and went to bed at 9:00. Felt really tired and didn't want to get out of bed this morning. Finally got up but didn't feel like doing too much of a workout so I ended up doing 3 chinups and Power Yoga for Happiness Magically Bliss Hips. It felt great!

Deanie - Good time on Tracktastic! That soup thread is a good one. I pick up a 3# bag of beets last night on the way home, and now need to find a good recipe for Borscht. I hope you get something good for lunch.

I'm doing PTTP again tonight. My quads are still sore from "Leg Day"...I always forget how hard those walking lunges hit! :eek:
