Terminator Mish Mosh

I have been coming up with mish moshes of my own lately and this one is on que for tomorrow morning. What do ya think? Anyone else already tried this? Sounds like a doosey of a cardio blast for me.

You have to program your DVD as follows:

I'm out of breath just reading this! Sounds great! I love mish moshes. I just wish I knew how to program my DVD player! Let me know if you come up with any other Terminator mish moshes. I just bought this DVD and have been doing them as intended.
 
I just did this the other day from The Terminator dvd. It is the Gauantlet but I use the mix & match menu and just skip all the weights and did all the cardio in the order that you have above and I love it.
 
I just did this this morning and loved it too. Followed it up with ME and felt perfectly wiped (just like after Body Max!).

Perfect for add on days of if you just want a high intensity blast.

Hi Barbara,

I posted a message above this morning about the terminator with no reply but I found this and you have me convinced I need this even if I have the intensity series. I love the way you say you can mix and match them it sounds like terminator is a must.:) Do you use it as much as the intensity series dvds?.

Hi Deb, I use to never use the Terminator until I learn about the mix&match and now I use this dvd as much as the IS maybe even more. I just think with the Terminator everything from different section from the IS is on one dvd and to mix different cardio from the Terminator or strength in different order the way you want to is so much easier IMO. HTH:)

Hi Barbara that helps a lot. I did step pump and jump this morning it is a great workout I really liked it a little step,hi lo,weights,abs it was a nice change.

I was wanting to use the mix match this morningwith sp&j but couldn't figure out how I have used the premixes before with no trouble any ideas?. I guess I could get my book out, LOL.I have had a jvc for a year now I like it but I hope it is easy to figure out. x( :-(

Hi Deb, it is pretty easy using the mix&match. You just go to the main screen then to mix&match of the workout you want like SJ&P and all you do is hit what section you want and it goes right to it and then when that section is over it goes right back to the mix&match screen and then you select what you want to do next and so on. You do have a little rest in between each section but that doesn't bother me at all. HTH and makes sense.

well I don't need my book for that lol. I thought you could program all the sections you wanted to do and it would just play one after the other without having to stop and and hit the next one Well now I know

I love your idea with the mix and match especially when the one part of the workout is finished it comes back to the mix and match. I was just looking at the dvd with step pump and jump and step blast and it has some great premixes as well,do you ever do the premixes? I like the 45 minute premix one with just step and hi lo for a shorter cardio day.

I think for know I will forget about the chaptering after 4 hours last night forget it I have some wonderful premixes and mix and match.

You wouldn't think one person could be so stressed about trying to figure that darn chaptering }( I did:( ;( :) :) you know what was so funny about this. I told my husband I was going to go downstairs to work on figuring out the chapering last night. He was watching t.v. I came up 4 hours later with my hair pulled straight up something I do when I can't figure things out,well I come upstairs and he says Debra you know you shouldn't work out this late LOL, I SAID I WASN'T REMEMBER I TOLD YOU I WAS TRYING TO WORK ON MY DVD, IT MUST HAVE BEEN A GREAT PROGRAM HE WAS WATCHING
