Absolutely worth having. Get it today. It features 6 tough cardio cycles which alternate hi-lo, step and step kickbox and kickbox. Good, creative choreography, intense stuff. After each cardio cycle Cathe does 2 mins of compound weight moves for upper body, using 5 and 8 pounders. Some of us like to change things up at this point and instead of doing 2 mins of upper body work, I for one grab a barbell and hammer out a series of squats, plie squats, static lunges, lunges off step and lunges onto step, just as in CTX Power Circuit. Either way it makes for a phenomenal workout and almost everyone is universally wiped by the end of it. It will kick your butt. Cathe's best circuit workout, the gold standard of circuits.
