Team Knoch Out Workout

by Todd Gheisar. i was going to buy the dvd but cant find anywhere on the web to buy it. i read his review on video fitness. has anyone heard of him?

I had one of his workouts once upon a time, but obviously was not impressed for some reason, because I can't remember anything about it (other than the fact I owned it), and I no longer have it (and I'm sure I only used it once).
