Target Videos

Just wondering if any of you have been happy with the purchase of any of the videos that are at Target stores. This college student *needs* more variety ---and if I can get it cheap, great! Still, I plan to splurge on a few more Cathe's in the near future---maybe next paycheck :) Thanks in advance!
 
I have lots of exercise videos that I don't use much anymore. What kind are you interested in? Aerobics? Step? Weight training? What is your current fitness level? I can send you a few if you would like. Post your answer here and I will check back periodically.
 
Me too, I have some tapes I am just keeping so I can find them a good home. I will never use them again, and I can't go to the fitness video swap because there are none I want to swap for. I already have all the Cathe tapes, Gin Miller's Intense Moves!

I would be happy to send you FIRM #3, The Hare, StrongHeart, Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, Charlene Pricketts Rev Up II, and one she has on Weight Training but I don't remember the name. If you would be so kind as to pay the postage that would be nice.
 
I would certainly pay for Firm 3 and the Hare. I have strong heart. Did you like KV's Great Weighted Workout? I've been thinking of purchasing that, too, but I'd say I'[m an advanced exerciser and was just wondering what intensity level you felt it was. Thanks so much for offering the videos, just let me know how much you want and I'll get it to you.
