"Tank Top" vs "Other" Get Ready for Summer Rotations....

I'm trying to decide what to do for a "get ready for summer" rotation. I'm not sure what would give better/more visible results....something like the Tank Top Rotation where you're doing chest/back twice per week and shoulders/bi's/tri's three times a week along with adding in cardio and legs OR something where every body part is hit 1-2 times per week with a much definite split routine, adding in cardio and legs???

Care to share your results and/or your plans for your own get ready for summer rotation??

I am going to start the 4DS and running rotation I put together(every other day of 1 of the 4 DS and every other day running, 1 day off) for my get ready for summer rotation. I have 1 more week of my circuit city rotation which I have really enjoyed and have gotten good endurance results so far.
