Tank top rotation?

rozy

Cathlete
Can someone link me the tank top rotation - the old and the new? I searched and the links I found dont work. Thanks!

I don't have the original rotation that uses the Pure Strength series, but the general rotation is similar to this working chest and back twice a week, and working sh, bi and tri's three times a week, put in abs where you can. I also put in a link to an updated TTR I posted awhile back.

Monday...total upper body (ch,ba,sh,tri,bi)
Tuesday...legs
Wednesday....Sh, Bi, Tri + short cardio
Thursday...Cardio
Friday....total body (upper and lower)
Saturday....Cardio
Sunday....rest

So glad for this post, I'm doing this rotation this week while waiting for Cathe's new dvd's to arrive!

The original tank top rotation...

Here is the original tank top rotation complete in Marlene123's words:

“Here is my current rotation which I have been doing for 10 weeks. I plan to do two more weeks of this, then two to three weeks of Slow & Heavy and then back again. I have had such incredible success with this rotation that I hate to let it go even for a few weeks but I know I must to cause some muscle confusion.
Anyway, here it is (and I admit, it's a killer):

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest

As you can see, this routine works shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, chest and back twice and legs twice. I do abs 4-5 times per week as well.”
