TANK TOP Rotation Opinion Please

Hi, I'm in a wedding in 4 months and need my arms to look awesome, well as awesome as I can make them in 4 months. I've decided to make a rotation based on the famous Tank Top rotation, working chest and back twice a week and shoulders, bi's and tri's three times a week.

I have all of Cathe's strength training dvds. I was thinking of each month using a different series ie, maybe month 1 use the pyramids, month 2 use the GS's etc.

Is there a certain order I should use, ie, in month 4 focus more on higher rep workouts like PH or ME?? Or does it really matter.

What are your suggestions????

Thanks.

This is just my opinion since I did something similiar about a year ago.

For the first 3 1/2 months I would mix it up between heavy lifting and endurance workouts. Also, do whatever upper body workout would be fun as working the upper body that intensely for 4 months may lead to burn out if you don't mix it up routinely. IMO, if you alternate blocks of heavy lifting (for mass building/definition) with endurance (for shaping/sleeking the muscle) you arms could look very hot.

With about 2 weeks before the wedding I would quit the heavy lifting and stick with more lighter weight, endurance based workouts. Heavy lifting causes the muscles to swell with water, taking away definition and making them look larger. Lighter weights will maintain the definition you've gained and make the muscles look sleek and streamlined.

Good luck and have fun at the wedding!
