It's time for me to reload my mp3 player with fresh music. Anything that pumps, gets my feet moving faster, and keeps the energy up. Anything you like, any genre. What do you recommend???

Thanks in advance!

Gayle

Do you like the techno style that Cathe uses on workouts like the Gym Styles?

If you like that, try searching for anything mixed by DJ Tiesto, John Digweed or Carl Cox. Paul Oakenfold, Armin Van Buren are also good choices.

The Crystal Method is funky. Chemical Brothers. Some good Manchester beat always gets me moving - Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Charlatans UK.

Seether - Out of my Way
Linkin Park (any)
Crazy B*tch (buckcherry)
Flyleaf - Im so Sick and Breathe Today
Chevelle - (any)
Scorpions - Rock you like a Hurricane
Nirvana - Smells like Teen Spirit, Breed
Motley Crue- Shout at the Devil, Dr. Feelgood
Collective Soul - Breathe

That's a great start...Thanks, ladies. I'm still lookin for MORE!

I'll take ANY requests...I'm not really that picky until I've at least tried it "on for size" to see if it works for me.

Thanks for the warning, Shelley. I'm putting these on my mp3 player, and I let my boys lilsten to it as well, so I'll be careful.

LOL. Now that you've kind of alerted me that some of this is 'hard' stuff, I feel GOOFY saying that I like the music from the Chicken Little soundtrack! LOL
