Good morning ladies,

This morning workout was Step, Jump and Pump! I had a lot of fun!

Not much going on here in good old Grafenwoehr Germany! I am bored and I feel good today !No where to go and nothing to do! LOL! I can't wait for my things to arrieve!

Gayle are you still doing the veg. thing???

No, I'm not doing the veggie thing anymore. lol I made it about 97% of the time, last month. Right now, I'm on Day 3 of a Body For Life Challenge. It's a 12 week challenge, and I'm SOOOO PUMPED to be doing this. It's basically clean eating with EXTRA EXTRA heavy weight work. I'll be keeping track CLOSELY of my progress with progress pics. BUT....you will NOT see the before pictures until you can start seeing a change in the progress pics. Let's just say the before pics are, well, what's the word....SCARY! lol

OK...workout is done. Lower body weights, extra heavy. I did deadlifts with a 70 lb barbell. Maxed out on squats at 80, and leg extensions at 65. And guess what....I still could have increased to hit what the BFL program calls a "10". So...onward and upward. Then I followed it with Stretch Max with the band.

Today's my crazy day....clean, work/school, ortho appt for Jacob's teeth, Religion Classes, Football. And in the middle of all that somehow, I'll be putting on what I hope is my LAST coat of paint. I'm psyched. Can't wait for you guys to see this room!

Belinda, I love Step, Jump and Pump - such a fun workout! When are you expecting your belongings to arrive? Have you met any new ladies there yet? Miss ya sweetie! How are the kids?

Gayle, don't be so hard on yourself - I'll bet those before pictures aren't as bad as you think they are LOL! Wow! What a great workout you had this morning - that's some pretty impressive weight girl - way to go!!!! I'm so happy you found an eating plan that you love.

My workout will be S&H legs, ab work and then yoga tonight.

WOW Gayle!!! Great workout! How long are you planning on doing BFL? Sounds like you have fun with BFL! So you do eat meat??? I had a little meat yesterday and it made me sick!!! I guess I am not used to it anymore???? Sounds like you doing really great! I am happy for you!

I am still trying to finish my Sep.07 rotation! I am only 2 weeks behind! LOL! I wished I could share my exciting life with you!!LOL!! HUGS to you too! Good luck at work!
