I have to echo Jill. They're better than some of the previous workouts, like Elite and Amped, but they don't compare to the AL series or GR.
I do feel this new technique in my core a lot more, but it's a simple change that you could easily apply without buying the videos. And out of 4 videos in the "pack", there's only 2 that I do.
They each start of with a 10 minute "instruction" of the techniques too, which I find annoying and fast forward through.
