I just started t25 this week. I did lower body today and it was killer. So far I am really liking this series. I love love love that each workout is only 25 minutes long! I feel great after each workout.
It's too soon to see any results just yet but I plan on doing all 3 phases as planned. I will not follow the nutrition guide because I eat pretty clean already. Not looking to lose weight just tone up some and build up my endurance.
I am only in week 2 and I swear my thighs are tightening up! I also love that it is only 25 minutes. Really liking the program as I feel I get a great workout in those 25 minutes. I do T25 in the mornings and then weights several times during the week in the evenings.
I am towards the end of week 3 of T25, and I am a big fan of the cardio aspect of this series. HUGE endorphin rush when you finish the 25 minutes, because it truly is non-stop (I usually sneak in my gatorade when we are in a slow march )!
I still add-on pre-mixes of Cathe's UB workouts 2-3 times a week, just to get some weightlifting in as well.
Favorite disc in the Alpha Series is Ab Intervals: you will feel this one the next day!
I am not following the nutrition plan, because I am not trying to lose any weight on this series - but I did take my measurements, and will re-visit them @ the end of the 5 weeks of Alpha and again @ the end of Beta.
At that time, I'll decide if I will invest in the Gamma Series, which is more resistance-focused (my husband says BB plans on additional greek-letter series in future for T25). Right now my gut feeling is yes - and to incorporate Gamma with Cathe's new workouts in early fall.
I started T25 today. I started with the cardio, really liked it. By the end, I was sweating buckets I love that those workouts only 25 min. I plan on adding weight training to the mix too. Thanks for the advice, Carol and Labnick!
