T-TAPPING

Hi everyone, just a quick question. has anyone heard about or tried t-tapping. I just heard about it and im looking at the website but wanted to know if anyone ordered the videos and if it really works as good as they say. it looks as though you don't need to train at all with weights and you end up lean & cut with no cellulite. so if anyone tried this can you let me know how it worked for you beforr I waste more money. the lord knows I have hundreds of videos already.lol so help anyone please...Thanks.....Gem:)
 
Gosh, it's been several years, but I spent quite a bit of money on Theresa and T-Tapp. I did it for a couple of months. I didn't really enjoy it, but wanted those fabulous results. :) Didn't work (I mean no even a 1/4 inch lost) and I found Theresa's voice to be very annoying. The one apparent lifetime habit I picked up was skin-brushing.

I was already in decent shape from my exercise plan, and did not experience the "shrinkage" that so many ppl claim. Perhaps those who experienced such great results went from no exercise and diet plan to Theresa, and would have had results from abt anything. But YMMV, and maybe someone else will respond with something more positive.
 
I've done T-Tapping on and off for years. It's a good workout..if you follow the form correctly, you will feel it in your muscles and it also gets your HR up. It's not a miracle worker though; you can't just do T-Tapp and eat whatever you want and think you're going to see results.

It's a great addition though and if you travel alot, it's a good one to take with you because it requires no equipment and very little space. "Hit the Floor" is also a really great ab workout. It's a different type of workout, you may even watch it and think it looks easy but you'll feel it the next day.
