t-tapp

I just finished hearing for the first time about "T-tapp". So I checked out the web site and was curious if anyone here has had any experience with this program. If so I would be interested in your feedback and your results.
I am prone to back pain daily and am always modifying my workouts but I am searching for different ways to release tension and pain through body movements and exercise alone. The "T-tapp" site was a good place to start so if you know the program would you share your results please. Thanks.

I know years ago some ladies were adding t-tapp workouts to their regular routines. I wasn't one of them, but I downloaded some videos from the t-tapp website. I have to admit I was scared when I saw Theresa's form on those. She claims that's the most effective way to do the exercises, but for me there just injuries waiting to happen. I wonder if all those ladies that did t-tapp stayed on it.

I used to T-Tapp quite regularly. I think ultimately it depends on your starting condition whether it will be beneficial for you. When I was 20 lbs overweight, it used to be difficult, but these days it is not.

Ultimately what I've learned is you'll be better off lifting to challenge yourself. There is no such thing as bulky vs. long and lean muscles that Teresa likes to talk about. If you want a more muscular look, it takes eating extra and lifting heavy..it won't happen on accident if that's not your goal.

And diet is so important. Teresa is not really a proponent of "diets" but nutrition will make you lean or overweight, simple as that.

All that being said, I do think that the exercises have their merit for the demographic that they're for. They're convenient..and they do provide a good w/o if you are a newbie to exercising, but eventually you'll have to move on to keep challenging yourself.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your info. Yes, nutrition gets even more important as we age.
As for my exercise and weight, I have reached my goal and now lift and workout for maintaining. Honestly I would love to improve my posture and make back and neck pain history. I feel STUCK. Not sure what to do really.
Perhaps back to physical therapy and the chiopractor.
