sweet potatoe casserole with orange juice

instead of butter.i am trying to find a good recipe for that. the one i have has half a stick of butter in it in an 8x8 pan.

I do my sweet potato casserole (5-6 potatoes) with a (large) can of crushed pineapple along with the juice. Add 3 eggs (or some combination of egg whites plus whole eggs), a teeny bit of Splenda brown sugar, and then you have a veggie side dish as good as a dessert.
