O.k?? LOL!

I watched the show, but what I felt more was sadness...it seemed like the main woman (sorry, don't remember her name) was really not happy with herself, no matter what she looked like. It brought tears to my eyes when she was looking at the footage of her first competition when she was much younger and she said something like "what a cute face I had then..." and then proceeded to knock herself for not being big enough. I think she is aware of how far she has come from her original look, and some of it she is happy about (muscle size, definition, etc.) but at the same time there's some acknowledgement of what she's given up. I don't see how she could ever go back to a non-competitive/weight training lifestyle, and I'm not sure what the long-term effects of the steriods are, but surely it can't be healthy?
