Dear Cathe,

I am so sorry to hear about your new injury. I hope you heal soon. I have preordered your new dvds and I am willing to wait until you can give 100%. I usually have only an hour in the mornings to work out. The week of March 12 -17 my kids are on spring break. I believe I can work out for 1 hour on Sunday and 1 1/2 hours that Monday thru Friday. Could you suggest a super hard workout rotation for me that week? I also have a treadmill but I am a walker not a runner. I do not have all your workouts but I believe that I have enough to sub for anything you suggest that I do not have.
