I know, it's a little early to be talking about a sequel to Shock Cardio. But, I want to plant the idea in Cathe's mind .
So SUPER SHOCK CARDIO would consist of:
something old:
Imax 4 (pretty please!)
High Step Training Advanced 2 (with lots of leg presses again!)
Kick, Punch and Crunch 2 (will drills, combos and great core work again)
Body Max 3
something new(er):
Hiit 2 (same idea as Hiit 1)
Circuit Blast 2 (hour long -- with tall box jumps again!)
Core Cardio Circuit (hour long)
Athletic Step 2 (hour long; with blasts)
Clearly, I can't get enough of these greatest hits!
