Good morning....glad to change the clocks and have some more daylight! I am doing Karen Voights GWW floor leg section and then some abs before a 12 mile trail run. I might add some upper body after the run, depending on how I feel...:)...Carole

How was your run? I too like GWW, but haven't done in a awhile.
Yesterday I did Viper -- my new found favorite -- but I only did upper body. Instead of squats and lunges I did back and chest. Finally I increased the bicpes from 25 to 30 lb.
Today I'll do G&L again with some abs and some cardio.

My run went well Mari...thanks for asking. Must have been my new trail shoes!!I try to do GWW once every 10 days or so. I like to alternate floor work and standing leg work. I might just do the Viper or the Gauntlet today. I need to work my triceps, back and chest too. So maybe PUB for those parts....I usually am right around 25 with biceps curls too, although I did increase to 30 with Slow & Heavy. Have a great workout....Carole
