Hi there ladies!

I am up bright and early because I was actually EXCITED to take my stats this morning! LOL

I am still down the same 3 pounds which is fine considering I lost it so darn quick! :7

My body fat is down .8% :D

My measurements are all headed in the right direction except for my legs which have gotten bigger so I am going to lighten up on weights there.

I did not take my measurements when I started this new plan but this is the deal since last taking them on 8/01:

chest/back: .43 inches lost
waist: 1.5 inches lost
hips: 1 inch lost
thigh: .75 inches gained x(
calves: same

I feel pretty darn good!:+

I did Leg work and SJP. I love that workout. And I got thru the plank work to my suprise! :7 My wrists got a little tired but I got thru it.

Good Morning Kali, Wendy and All!

Sounds like you all are having great workouts today! I got to get going myself as I want to run. Feel like the humidity is trying to come back abit so I got to get going! I still have Chest/Back and squats to do later. I will try to squat with 110 and see if I can put a bruise behind my neck! LOL!

Congrats wendy on you weight loss and losing the inches. I bet you feel great:) This I bet will keep you motivated in the right direction.

Kali-sjp is fun isnt it? Have you tried the premix which uses step blast and SJP? A longer workout but so much fun!

Charlotte-I know cardio is not your fave so let us know how the run goes.

Tge august rotation calls for imax 3 but I will use imax2 since I dont have 3. I forget what else is on for today so I will have to go look. I think abs from ab hits. I also want to do legs and glues today. I didn't feel my legs got enough work from muscle max yesterday. I REALLY need to pack today. I was planning on last night doing it but then clients were bugging me until 9. I swear I set down boundaries and 2 months later they break them.

I will check back later.

Imax 2 is great. I used to hate it! Now it's one of my favorites!

Okay, so I did L&G standing and floor work (about 20 mins) + KPC's last premix (51 mins).

I am adding an extra day of some leg work into my rotation and lightening up on my weights for legs over all in an attempt to slim them down a bit. They are bulking up and I don't want that. x( I will put the extra leg work in on a cardio day and that is the day that I won't work my abs...it should work out perfectly! ;)

I neglected to put on my HRM today out of laziness, BTW, so I have no stats to report. :-(

Time to get some good eats! :9

Good workout Wendy. I think lightening the weights will help you. Just from what I'm told about Freestyle I know it "won't hurt" to go lighter. And the ladies who are doing it swear by it so..... I'll let you know if I see any changes in my legs now that I'm doing light weight more reps on my leg work.

What else is going on? I'm bored today. I guess I should go do something here somewhere. Not like I don't have a million things I could be doing.
I hate it when I'm like this. Tomorrow DH and I are going up the mountains to meet the couple who sold us our Harley for lunch. So that will be fun. The boys are going over my Mom's so we can actually "ride" our bike instead of driving. I swear if we didn't have that bike I don't know where we would be. It's like the only thing we have in common anymore besides the boys.
Oh well. Enough of that. I'm gonna go clean something.

Ok I am back to report that i have done imax2 and 200 walking lunges. I think I still want to try legs and glutes later. I did muscle max yesterday so do you think that is too much legworkout? I know you are suppose to rest in between body parts but i didn't think musclemax was that tough on the legs.

Wendy-Way to go on your workout. Whats for lunch? :)
Kali- Sory you are bored. feel free to come help me pack:)
Charlotte-do you break your workouts up during the day or do you go the 3 hours straight. I like breaking mine up to get that extra boost in the evening.

Terri-great work out! walking lunges must have been murder after imax! }( I had a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with a slice of roasted pepper on it and just a smidgen of mayo!:9
 
Great workout Terri! I was thinking of doing some walking lunges, NOT! I don't think it's too much legwork if you're using light or no weight. And if you don't have major DOMS. I work legs everyday.

Your lunch sounds like it was delicious Wendy. I had tuna mixed w/ cottage cheese in a multigrain wrap. I ate at 6am to get a jump on getting my calories in and I've been eating every 3-4 hours so hopefully I'll get closer to my deficit.

Guys are having burgers for dinner so I'll have turkey burgers and the rest of my zucchini. I have a bag of peppers I need to do something with. Maybe peppers and onions. I don't want to use oil tho to fry them. That defeats my whole purpose.

I didn't clean anything. I'm in a better mood now. Talked to my cousin who is like my brother and my favorite Aunt on the phone so I feel better now.
Gonna take a shower and run for milk. Be back soon!

Wendy-Lunch sounded yummy! By the way I read your post on the Thank You thread. I don't think that makes you a bitch because you don't like writing thankyou cards! I hate to write them as well! I however do but it has been along time since I had a reason to.

Ok so what is everyone else having for dinner? I am having baked chicken, steamed veggies and fat free cottage cheese. Caaan you tell I am hungry today:)

Thanks Terri! :) I probably came off sounding like I am thankless but that's sooo not what I was trying to convey & sooo not me!

Anyway Terri---your dinner sounds yummy! I LOVE cottage cheese and eat it almost every day!:9 It's a great source of protein!!! I just ran out of it yesterday though x(. Need to go shopping!

For dinner I had chicken fried in fat-free butter spread. I coated the chicken with a little flour and some pre-mixed chicken spice I had. It was pretty good for what it was. I made DH the traditional breaded and fried (in olive oil) variety. I would have rather had his chicken! }( We also had egg noodles with gravy on them as well as string beans. :9 After I finish posting I have to put that stuff in FitDay and see where I'm at with calorie intake for the day. I should be pretty much on the money! :)

I did my 3 mile run this morning. I could not believe how well I did with it as it has been some time. I took Speck with me. I think it was too much for her. She laid on the couch all day long. LOL!
Well Terri, I usually break up my workouts, but I do upper body all at once and that takes longer. So I went and did 3 miles earlier today. Then I did 36 squats with 115 pounds. I CANNOT BELIEVE I WENT UP AGAIN!!!!! Protein is working and that powder stuff I use is the bomb! I told hubby who is away on business and he is worried that I might get to strong. LOL! So anyhow, it is almost 8pm and I still need to do Chest and Back since I didn't get it in yesterday. I just finished cleaning most of the house too. I am on my second wind so I got to get in there.
