Hi girls. Late start this AM I started doing HIC before & had to stop. My stomach started killing me. But it wasn't a stomach ache.It was pain right across my lower abdomen. If I press on it it hurts and when I stand up straight it hurts. It feels a little like cramps, & I did just get over TTOTM.I took Aleve & it's starting to subside a little but I think I'm going to take it easy today. Maybe I pulled something.

Thank you so much Mariangeles! Actually since I've been sitting here at my computer my stomach feels better. I think I'm going to rest today anyhow. See if it comes back when the Aleve wears off.

I'm feeling a little sore in the arms today from yesterday's PUB, but it is the good type of soreness.
This evening my SO is coming to stay with me for a few days (we are both moving to st. louis but he had to move early for his job & i have to stay and finish my job) so i am going to do some cardio (haven't decided what) and PLB today and take a rest day tomorrow.

yesterday was SO and my's anniversary & tonight we are going out to dinner so i am going to try real hard to stay healthy.
I am trying to up my protein intake and am trying to think of something I can eat in the morning. Currently my breakfast consists of Kashi GoLean, some fruit, and a cup of tea. If anyone has any healthy protein ideas for the morning, please share.

Hi Jessica! I did PUB Sunday and my biceps still hurt. It's a good hurt tho like you said.

Sometimes I have eggs for breakfast well egg whites. I fry them w/ I can't believe it's not butter spray. I don't know much about the whole healthy eating thing yet. I think I've seen where oatmeal is good for BF but I hate oatmeal. Maybe the others have some suggestions for us.
I felt better around noon so I did the Step segments of LowMax. If I'm ok later I'll do L&G. I got my High Step so I'm anxious to try it out w/ L&G. Let you know how much pain I'm in later.}(
