How is everyone? I missed you guys. Vacation was great but it's great to be home.
I walked all week and did a freestyle workout Carole made for me. I'll tell you what. The first day I did it, I thought this is easy! Well. I had major DOMS everywhere the next morning! }( I don't know if I should continue or go back to the rotation!
What would you guys do?

Hi Kali! Nice to see you back Tell us more about the trip. Did you get pictures etc? I would stick with rotation if I were you then do caroles workout as a rotation for september. Do you mind sharing that workout with us as I go on vacation in a week and half.
Hi Terri! We got great pictures. Soon as we download them I'll post some. DH got a dolphin up close as it was jumping in the air. It is so cool. There were 100's of dolphins off shore! The weather was great. Hot and Humid! DH was throwing me over the waves, I swear I felt like I was flying! What a good time we had. I'm glad to be home though.
I was thinking finishing the rotation then switching to freestyle too. When my boys start school, I'm going to be lifting weights with my BIL so that will work out perfectly. I won't be done with the rotation till the 2nd week of Sept. since I skipped this week, but that's no biggie. Well I have till Monday to decide.
I'll send you my freestyle rotation later Terri. It's great. It's total body every day which is what I asked Carole for.
Off to fold some clothes! I want to walk but it's like 90 degrees and humid here so it's just not happening. I have a cold so maybe I'll just rest today and tomorrow. Then start fresh on Monday. That'll shock my body.}(

Ok back to say I ran for an hour and inclined the treadmill at times to make hills! I will do gymstyle legs later. Kali I will look for your e-mail and thanks! Yuk I hate colds. I hope you feel better soon. Oh I also hate laundry We are lucky and a it is raining and 60 some degrees here in denver.
