Just starting the thread if any one is inclined to post as many stated that they did not want to see this thread go buh - bye last week.
So start posting...k?

As for me ...still doing the Aug rotation ...getting ready to do Body Max this mid am. Going through my pms week so my motivation has been not all there, thank goodness for expresso. Well I'm off to join Cathe and the gals with BodyMax...see ya!;)

Last week I really MADE time for my workouts. It was haaard but well worth it. This was how it went:

MON - PH
TUE - IMAX 2 + C&W abs
WED - MIS sh/tri/bi + PH sh/tri/bi
          CK cardio portion only
          abs from PS-Legs
THU - Step Works + KPC abs
FRI - Pyramid chest & back - did this one differently by using only one weight for each exercise (20-lb. DBs for chest flyes, 55 lbs. for bench press, 55 lbs. for BB rows and 20 for one-armed rows)
SAT - PLB, pyramids only + KPC combos only + ME abs
SUN - Step Blast, first 35 min. + segment 2 of Power Max
          SJP and KPC abs

Today will be CTX-UB. I have some catching up to do. Hope to see you ladies throughout the week.

Hey girl! Pinky that's a great rotation last week.
Just finished Body max the entire workout and I'm feeling really good. This is a wonderful through workout but it's over 60 minutes although it did go by fast for me but what a time hog it is. Now I'm behind on some things I have to take care of.
Well keep up the good work Pinky.

Hello Pinky and Shy wolf
:D :D

My check-in has been over at the Aug rotation check-in, but I wanted to say Hello, and Pinky nice job on your workouts last week! I hope everyone is sticking to their goals.(((encouragement)))

Checking in with a specific rotation has been motavating for me. Hopefully there will be interest to continue into September. I haven't made any decisions yet as to how to work out in September. But continuing with a lower body emphasis can not be ruled out. I may need to go a couple extra weeks to really give this fair evaluation. Measurements were done by me in the first week. And I will measure again at end of week 4 (this week)

Hi everyone! Well, last week I did run on Wednesday, then on Thursday I did SJP the step portion and then I switched to Pilates and then did some weights afterwards. Kind of a strange order, but I really wasn't in the mood to workout, but did it anyway, kind of thing. Then Friday I didn't get anything done, or Saturday. BUT, this week I have gone biking around the lake, about 8 miles, and then today I ran about 4. So I can't complain too much this week. I've been a good girl in that direction.
I am thinking that tomarrow will be a lower body day. But who knows lately! Things are just too crazy for me aparently in the summer,
In about 2 months things will get all settled down and then look out! I'll be all over my Cathe cardio and Cathe weights!

Have a great week!

Kathy

Hi everyone,

I've been on a mini vacation (spent time with my parents at their vacation house on the coast) for the past week and haven't been around.

I'd hate to see the check in die. The summer has been, at times, hectic for me and I haven't been posting as much. I'm sure it's been that way for all of us. Maybe once summer is over and Fall settles in action will pick up (I know it will for me with work starting up again).

Anyway, had a lovely time with my family. Didn't do much structured exercise (ie videos) but did take lots of long walks.

Yesterday did a KPC premix of the intermediate part and combos 1 and 2 with the ab work tacked on. Today was a rest day because I had to wait for the water company to send someone over for an inspection. Of course the window when they could arrive was right in the middle of my exercise time so no workout for me. Maybe I'll try to squeeze in some yoga later on.

Hope everyone is doing well. I go back to work tomorrow and am dreading getting up at 5 am to get my workout in. I'll adjust in a couple of weeks but right now that time just seems brutal to be up and exercising!
