Summer Blast 7/14 (Formerly Spring into Summer)

Hi, I just went back to see what was up with everyone and saw that the name was changed. I like it!
Anyway, I am back from Lake of the Woods. We had a great time. I didn't really want to go home, but I'm here.
Well, so far today I've done nothing, I've been trying to play catch up with work, you know how that goes! But I think that I will ba taking it a little easy being that I have done nothing for 11 dyas now! I did put on 3 pounds, but that realy isn't all that bad, I thought it would be worse, really.
I am thinking that Christy Taylor's Still Jumpin will be my workout today. Yup, that wounds like a good choice to warm my body back up to this whole workout thing again. Then tomarrow I will do a MiS and feel Like I died I'm sure! But it's gotta be done.
How is everyone? I haven't had the chance to go back and check out everything just yet. I will try to get that in tomarrow. I have to go lay my son down for a nap, and then get my body moving.

Welcome back.

Well it seems with the summer here in full swing our posts have dwindled down a bit although we all try to catch up with everyone .

I've been somewhat following Cathe's July '04 rotation after my surgery and I feel I have bounced back after close to 3 weeks post - op. Although today I did Yoga Zone's Conditioning and Stress Relaxation tape ...it was what my body needed . I felt so great afterwards and my muscles and joints felt very loose and supple.
Yesterday I did the step portion and abs of SJP and the entire Legs+ Glutes workout... see why I needed today's tape ? ;)

Will you be preordering Cathe's Hardcore series? Seems many of us have and Sabine even suggested when we all get them we can encourage each other with a rotation.

Well need to slap some chicken breasts on the ol' grill.
