Happy Monday everyone,

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. I spent a very relaxing weekend hanging around the house and getting lots of chores done. While it wasn't very exciting, I am enjoying the sense of accomplishment from checking many things of my 'to do' list.

My workouts for the past few days have been...
Saturday- Gay Gasper Greatest Step and Weights. Really liked the toning section. Had some innovative ways to use the ball and resistance tubing. Did PM Stretch w/ Madeleine Lewis in the evening.
Sunday- SS Cool It Off.
Today- SS Tear It Up.

Just wanted to get the check in going. I'm sure I'll be checking back later on.

Hi ladies,

Checking in finally. Been very busy working. Still trying to get my workouts in everyday. Been mostly successful at it, even if I have to push my workouts to late evenings. Not doing too good with cardio though. With my time crunch, I stick to strength and endurance training mostly. Hope all of you are doing well. Regards to everyone.

Hi all;

Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend.

My youngest one turned 6 this past Saturday and we all had lots of fun. My oldest will be having a birthday this coming Friday. LOL I was due I the same date for both my girls LOL. I had foods like birthday cake, cheese burgers and chips and paid for it badly this weekend. I just can not eat those types of foods anymore as they totally tear up my stomach...I had bad tummy aches and was feeling bloated and yucky from overindulging on Saturday.
It's amazing how the body reacts to poor food choices.
At least when I woke up this morning my tummy felt so much better so I'm sticking very closely to eating better.

My weekend was spent swimming laps and that was more than enough exercise for me as I was spent this weekend. This morning was KPC. I haven't looked at my rotation yet for tommorrow but I think it may be BC.

Will try to pop in later on as I just got home and have a house to clean today.

Hi everyone. I didn't do anything yesterday as we had a houseful of family, and church...yummy Thai food for dinner, though! Tonight DH and I are going to hit some hills. Today will be my last hard day before this weekend.

Gotta run, checkin' in later!

Hello everyone,

Pinky, good to see you. I'm glad you're getting your workouts in. Whatever you can do now is good, I think. You'll get back to the cardio when you can.

Vilma, happy birthday to your daughters. I think that must be easier, in a way. My son Michael has his birthday March 1, and Nicholas has his November 5. It's particularly hard for Nicholas, being only 5. By the time Michael has his birthday, Nicholas feels like it should be time for him to have another one, but he still has 2/3 of the year to go!

CinDee, I saw your post from last Friday, with your 3 hour workout. You're doing well! I know you need to do that, for your big ride, but that's still a tough workout. I'm going to be out of town for most of the rest of the week, and won't be working out much or checking in, so I'll wish you the best now for your ride this weekend.

Sabine, I partially took your advice this weekend, and partially didn't. I did Shape it Up on Saturday, and really enjoyed it. I decided though, that since I wouldn't get another workout in this week after tomorrow, that I'd do Firm it Up again yesterday. It was fine. I'm not sore at all today. So far today though, I haven't gotten a workout in. I hope to do something before dinner, maybe a timesaver cardio. If I can, I'll do Tone it Up tomorrow.

I hope you all have a great week. I may check in tomorrow, but after that, it probably won't be until next Monday. See ya!
