Suggestions for next step?

Hi all,
I've been doing 4DS for the past few weeks, and on day 5, usually either TaeBo or B&G (depending on what I feel like that day).

I've seen awesome results from the heavier lifting - espescially with legs. But now I'm stuck. It's time for me to change up my routine. I tried starting S&H this week, but the total lack or cardio in those workouts isn't going to cut it for me in the long run, and I don't have the extra time in the day to add it on afterwards. I need at least 3 days of some cardio to stay lean.

Any suggestions on how to keep the heavy weight in there, but also to get the heart rate up? I have about an hour/day to workout.
 
Well if you have the SH you may as well not wastes it.. you could use it for maybe only one split per rotation. Like maybe do legs this months and then the another video with regular cardio for the other splits.

Its short enough you could even do one plit then do 10-15 mins HIIT like jumprope or jacks or sprints etc.

You could also insert a rest btw the exercises or sets and do some there as well (but I think that takes away form the effectivness of the strenth part, but still works either way as an option).

You could do ANY of Cathe's dvd's and just increase your weight to keep it intense, just insert a rest or a shave off a few reps until you can keep up with the routine with your new weight. That'll definitly get your HR up there :)
