To me, music selection is a big motivator in a workout. Songs with lyrics (instead of purely instrumental) get me pumped to work hard during a cardio routine. Examples of music that gets me moving would be the
music on Cardio and Weights and on Low Max. I hope Cathe will carefully consider music choice on the new dvds. Instrumental seems to work well for stretching and floor work. Thanks.
 
LOL! We all have different tastes!
I prefer instrumentals with a driving beat (or with very little singing, like the songs in the Intensity Series). I DON'T like top 40 songs used in workouts that much.
