Suggestions for an add on for tomorrow's workout

Tomorrow I am planning on doing Get Ready Step Go (Kelly Coffey-Meyer) that is 46 min long. I usually like to do 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min worth of cardio. I was thinking of adding on Low Max blasts only at the end or BC cardio only. Does anyone else have any suggestions for an add on???

The Kick Max intensity blasts are about 15 minutes long. If you really want to work hard, go for Imax 3, blasts only. That's a half hour (or 20-something minutes) and would put you close to your hour and a half.
 
Do you have CTX? The cardio workouts run about 30 minutes apiece, so perhaps one of those? I personally love CTX Kickbox and 10-10-10.

I opt for the lowmax blasts. Kelly's workout has enough high impact moves in it for me, I would tack on either a Christi Taylor hi/lo segment ( 25 minutes ) or the lowmax blasts.
 
I don't know how intense you want the add on to be. But, if you want really intense, go for BC cardio only. Or what about Imax 2 1-5 premix, just about 30 min? Or, SJP step only- about 26 min(one of my personal faves)?

So many options.
 
When I want a really short add on I do the SB challenge or do it twice through for about a 30 minute addition.
