Suggestion for the new Hard Core Series

I would just like to suggest adding some forearm work in our workouts. Although my forearms are very well defined, I really do love working them with light weights. Just thought it would be cool to have a new exercise on these wonderful workouts you will be doing!

You know, I never work my forearms. The only thing I do is two sets of reverse bicep curls when I'm warming up for my arm workout. I'm afraid I'm gonna end up w/forearms & wrists that make me look like a man if I do anything more.
