Success Stories?

Just wondering if there are any Cathe video user success stories out there. I just ordered some videos and wanted to hear some motivating before and after stories.
 
Well, I'm more of a "before and during" story, my after will be when I get the clear definition I'm seeking, however......
My first strength tape was MIS, and prior to using MIS, my thighs looked like a bowl of jello pudding! My arms were fat and shapeless, I had NO upper body strength at all, and my butt was dimpled with cellulite!
I began to notice positive changes almost immediately by using MIS 3x/week, by the end of 1 month, my thighs had a smoother appearance, my butt was less dimpled and taking on a nice lifted shape, and by 6 weeks into MIS, my arms were beginning to really respond to the weights. My upper body strength improved drastically (first time in my life I could do push-ups), and for the first time in my life I had triceps!
I then moved on the the PS series, and I'm looking forward to S&H.
Hope this was some motivation, it does work if you work hard and want it badly enough! Good Luck, Donna

Just wanted to relate my sister's success story because I'm so proud of her...she's lost around 100 pounds since spring and I can attest to the fact that Cathe's videos were a major part of her progress. We started a running program and have been adding miles slowly. We used Cathe's strength training videos on a daily basis and in the beginning, we also did extra cardio using her videos on top of the running schedule.
But exercise alone isn't enough, at least not for us late 30 somethings. We eat 5 healthy, small meals a day, all week and then cheat some on the weekends. We also cut out all alcohol, white flour, sugar, salt and milk products for about 4 months. Now, moderation in all things.

Hey "ML" Well, I could go on and on about the success Ive had with Cathe's videos. But, to make a long story short, I had been using the FIRM for about 3 years and hit a major plateau, dont get me wrong, nothing against the Firm, they served a purpose in my workouts, and definately layed the groundwork for Cathe to "step" into my life. But it wasnt until I started with her videos that I lost ten pounds within 2 months and the shape of my body actually started to change. I have delts, biceps, triceps and abs now, am I cut like Cathe, I think not, and yes maybe the abs are covered with just an oh so slight layer of fat, BUT I have seen drastic changes and STILL continue to see them and people around me tell me I look good. Cahte is a great motivater, shes down to earth and a fantastic instructor. you will NOT be dissapointed, yeah, they are tough, some are REALLY tough, but if you do them on a regular basis, they give you results!
