Substitutions for Feb 2011 Rock Bottoms Rotation?

Hi Cathletes,

Looking for some advice from the experienced folks on this forum, as I am going to attempt the Feb 2011 Rock Bottoms Rotation for the first time, but missing the following DVDs:
  • STS Cardio HiiT
  • STS Plyo Legs
  • STS Total Body Isolation and Compound
  • STS Ab Circuits
I was thinking to try to substitute the following (in the same order):
  • X Train Tabatacise or Drill Max (cardio only) ... I also have To The Max and Crossfire if that helps
  • RWH Circuit Lower Body or LIHI Legs (I also have Gym Style Legs)
  • STS Total Body, Muscle Max, Maximum Intensity Strength, or Power Hour
  • Core Max from the Hard Core series
Am I on the right track here? Other suggestions?
