I would like to do your premix rotation from May of 07, but Iam missing some videos so I would like to know what would be good substituions for Drill Max Cardio and all upper body, Supersets/Push pull upper body 3 sets#18 SPJ/ Step blast Step and Hi/LO Boot camp/Muscle Endurance Everything but core Cardio Fusion Mix and Match and Mixed Cardio and Imax 2 Blast Mania?
I have BM2, Butts and Guts, KPC and Leg and Glute, Pyramid upper and lower, LIC, LIS, KM, MM, High Step Circut, Body Fusion and Basic Step, LM, Cardio and Wts. without Imax 2 and AB Hits. As you can see I have added to my collection of your DVDs just don't know how to use them all effectively.
