Hey ladies -
What sort of cardio do you think compares the closest to running? I've had to quit (again), even though I was only running once a week, because each time I did, my knees bothered me and I noticed it was taking longer each time for the discomfort (sometimes pain) to go away.
So, I've decided I'd rather keep my original knees. But one thing I noticed was that the variety, mixed in with Cathe's step, etc., really kicked my endurance up. I don't want to lose that. Can anyone think of something to keep that sort of variety in my workouts?
