Subs for Nov rotation

I need some help with some substitutions. What do I replace the following with:
Hard Core Legs -
Step, Jump and Pump -
Legs and Glutes, CTX Upperbody -
Bootcamp -

I have several tapes and DVD's so just give me ideas and I will see if I have those tapes. Any help would be apprecited. Thanks Vicky
 
hard core legs...lower body weight w/o such as PLB.

SJP...any circuit work out such as cardio and weights or circuit max.

Leg and Glutes...Leaner Legs or maybe ME'e lower body premix.

CTX upper boxy...ME's upper body premix.

Boot Camp...High step challenge or high step training

If anyone has better suggestions, go for it! :)
