Last night I did a CoreMax segment and this morning I got in a Rythmic Step workout and did a StretchMax segment. I was chatting with DH afterwards about how psyched I was that I got in the extra time and he asked if I was addicted or something. It got me thinking about how much we all love to do Cathe's workouts and can't seem to get enough. Maybe she puts in subliminal messages to get us "addicted" so that we keep coming back for more. I know it's silly, but it would explain how we get hooked, doesn't it??
