sub/walk/run 30min?

I have a 30 min walk/run on Cathes Jan. rotation (plus Core1). It's too icy outside and I don' have access to a treadmill. What would you substitute? 30 min kick box or 30 min step?

The idea is an interval workout. Do you have one of the Imaxes or Low Max? If so, I'd do one of the premixes with half of the intervals.

Thanks April. I'm slow to figure out what to sub for a rotation. I do use the 2007 catalog when I don't have a particular DVD but this one had me stumped. Sometimes the answer is right in front of me and I still don't see it.:confused: Colleen
 
or you could try

doing one of those rope sport workouts or make up your own jump rope wo for inside. Rope is optional of course. Its easy to create a variety of intensity levels with jump rope if you aren't feeling like a step wo.
