STS?

All the talk about canceling and thinking about canceling is really getting me to think should I or should I not. I want to cancel but then I think if I do I may regret it. I am just wondering is anybody gonna do it differently instead of doing the 3 month rotation and if so how do you think you are going to use it as may help me to reconsider of not canceling. I am just not sure how to use this if I am not going to follow the program. I hope I am making sense:eek:

This is a decision you'll have to make yourself.

There are good reasons to keep your order, and good reasons to consider cancelling, but don't do either just because other people are.

Look at the clips: does this look like it will appeal to you and motivate you to workout? If so, then keep it. If not, then cancel. If you're torn (like me), wait for a while before deciding.

On one hand, the price of each workout will never be this low again, and as a pre-orderer, you'll be in on the excitement of the discussion as Catheites get and use the workouts, and might feel left out if you don't have it.

On the other hand, if you end up not liking many of the workouts, or it's really not the type of weight training you want to do, your money may be better spent on something else.

You could definitely have regrets either way (regrets about keeping it, or regrets about canceling). If you can decide which regrets you can more easily live with, you might have your answer.

(I'm trying to work through this myself!)

Kathryn you said it perfectly as how I feel. I think I will keep it because I already spent the money on it and I think your right as when everyone starts talking about it when they start doing the workout I might really regret it. TIA:)

I've never been one to follow posted rotations, primarily because they usually call for workouts I don't have or workouts I don't like (step, kickboxing, etc). What I LOVE about STS is all the wiggle room to do other things that I enjoy. I can do the cardio I like, and there's still room in there to throw in a kettlebell workout and/or some classical stretch. This is very appealing to me. With all the leeway STS provides, I'm not at all conerned about boredom or developing the sense of dread I've felt from other programs and rotations.

I have been thinking about the same things you guys have mentioned. Sometimes I think after waiting for such a long time that gives you more opportunity to consider other workouts.
