STS start w/o 1RM testing for legs

Starting STS next week. Spending this week doing 1RM testing. I'm going to do all 1RM for upper body only and just go lighter on the legs since I will be running and skipping for cardio. I'll update as I go. I'm loving the 1RM calculator and workout cards on workout manager. This is definitely a great investment! :).
